Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • +3 years relevant hands-on experience as SAP SD key-user (ECC and/or S/4 Hana, business process owner who understands the SAP functionalities - processes, architecture & system configuration) or SAP Consultant (expertise shift in case of experience on any other logistics modules);
  • Operational and organizational knowledge of logistics processes;
  • Good understanding of SAP business processes (Order management, Procurement, Delivery processing, Pricing, Special business processes) and SAP functionalities (architecture);
  • Fluency in English and German;
  • Have proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating directly with the client;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues;
  • Worked before on IT projects, ITIL knowledge or certification would be a plus;
  • Great attention, to details, well organized, team player, problem-solving, decision-making, result orientation, resilience, presentation skills, analytical thinking, people-management, goal-orientation.
Your future role
SAP SD S/4 Hana Consultant Role & Responsibilities:
  • Part of the new SAP Operate capability within Deloitte Technology;
  • Acquire a good understanding of business process and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs;
  • Solve Incidents/Service request/Changes within the SLAs;
  • Understand and be able to independently customize SAP SD specific processes, functionalities and know the common integration points with other SAP Modules (FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP etc.);
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Delivery Manager, Team members and Client;
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with clients and a team player attitude;
  • Have the willingness to develop new professional skills.
