Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Finance with a strong focus on SAP Treasury modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, especially in TRM, Cash Management, and In-House Cash.
- Experience with SAP integrations to banking platforms and third-party treasury tools.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and cash management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
Your future role
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury solutions (SAP TRM, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management).
- Leading the Treasury team.
- Drive improvements in cash flow forecasting, bank integration, and treasury operations through SAP functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams, finance stakeholders, and external partners on treasury system enhancements and rollouts.
- Manage and support bank interface configurations (e.g., SWIFT, MT940, host-to-host connections).
- Monitor and support financial risk processes (FX, interest rate, liquidity), proposing strategies for risk mitigation.
- Oversee bank reconciliation processes, daily liquidity planning, and treasury-related financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/international financial regulations.
- Provide guidance and training on treasury-related SAP processes
