Deloitte is looking for a SOC Senior Specialist to help detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats while shaping the future of Security Operations Centers (SOC) for our global clients. 🌍




🎯 What we expect from you:
  • SOC Experience – Hands-on experience in a SOC environment, including incident response and threat detection.
  • Cybersecurity Know-How – Strong understanding of attack methods, risk management, and security tools like SOAR and EDR.
  • Analytical Mindset – Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and adapt to evolving security threats.
  • Technical Skills – Python coding, threat intelligence, and hands-on experience with SIEM tools are a plus.
  • Certifications – credentials like CEH or CompTIA CySA+ are highly valued!

Your future role
  • Incident Management & Threat Hunting – Investigating alerts, analysis of security events, and proactively seeking out potential threats that may have bypassed existing controls.
  • Detection Optimization & Automation – Tuning SIEM correlation rules, developing automation and orchestration solutions, and minimizing manual tasks to enhance SOC efficiency.
  • SOC Advisory & Design – Conducting gap analyses, defining target operating models, and supporting vendor selection through RFI/RFP preparation.
  • Technology & Architecture – Designing SOC technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with broader cybersecurity and IT frameworks.
  • Governance & Process Development – Contributing to SOC policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Strategic Recommendations – Presenting security reports, incident findings, and advisory insights to stakeholders, helping improve overall security posture.

2 step - Technical interview (1 hour) - online;
