Who we are looking for

Deloitte Salesforce under the leadership of Pavel Urban and Petr Kocura is currently expanding its team, looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer eager to participate in diverse projects for local and global companies in the CEE region.

Few words about us:

  • Deloitte has been a Global Strategic Salesforce Partner for over 10 years
  • We focus primarily on digital transformation and complex Salesforce implementations for the largest companies in the CEE region
  • Projects are primarily built on Salesforce core - CRM: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Marketing automation and e-Commerce
  • In the Czech Republic, we are an international team of 20 people + we work closely with Deloitte teams in other countries and form the largest Salesforce community in Europe
  • We strongly support training and certifications

Your future role

? What you can be looking for?

  • Diverse and complex Salesforce implementations for leading companies in the CEE region
  • Salesforce development from A to Z – from processing of business requirements, user stories, through designing a technological solution to its implementation
  • Creating application logic in Apex, developing front-end solutions in the Lightning Web Components framework, data transformation and data migration
  • Regular communication with business analysts and clients in agile ceremonies
  • Responsibility for your part of the project, opportunity to mentor and guide junior developers
  • International environment and close team collaboration both in the Czech Republic and other countries
  • Long-term development and career growth at Deloitte - training and technology certifications


? What we expect from you?

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce core development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and some Salesforce certifications
  • Apex, Trigger, LWC and Workflows are not all Greek to you
  • You like learning new technologies and expanding horizons
  • Your English is at a communicative level (B2 at least) and you actively use it
  • You have work permit in the Czech Republic and are willing to be present in the office or at a client's site from time to time
