Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Loyalty Functional / Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management to help design, configure and deliver innovative loyalty solutions for clients.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management or another established loyalty platform.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty concepts and mechanics.
  • Combination of functional and technical consulting skills.
  • Experience with configuration, integrations, APIs and testing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Fluency in at least one of: Hungarian, Czech, Slovak or Polish. 🌍

Your future role
  • Configure and support Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into functional and technical solutions. 💡
  • Work with core loyalty capabilities: members, earn & burn, currencies, tiers, benefits, promotions, challenges and partners.
  • Support integrations, APIs, data migration, testing and deployments.
  • Prepare solution designs, data mappings and implementation documentation.
  • Participate in client workshops and collaborate with architects, developers, BAs and other specialists. 💻
  • Take ownership of assigned solution components and contribute to delivery planning.
