Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the following personal attributes and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher 
  • 5+ years of (Technology) project management experience
  • 3+ years of application experience on implementing projects on Salesforce/other CRMs 
  • Experience with executing agile delivery from requirement to deployments for large enterprise clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of SFDC or other CRM/IT application development processes and approaches 
  • Good understanding of data-migration and data integrations involving Salesforce 
  • Experience and/or interest in technology, and system development and deployment 
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment 
  • High Level of Proficiency with MS Excel, PPT, Visio (or similar tools) 
  • Strong-minded, ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic team environment 


You will definitely impress us if additionally you also have:

  • Salesforce Certifications or other CRM implementation project experience (2+ full cycle implementations)
  • Salesforce Development experience
  • Good understanding of Salesforce object model and relationship among objects 
  • Salesforce functional unit testing and conduct user acceptance testing experience
  • Ability to create and groom user stories in JIRA 
  • The ability to translate user stories to the technical team and get clarifications from the business


Your future role

  • Work in client facing positions such as Project manager, Delivery lead or Scrum Master in Deloitte Digital Salesforce team in Poland and Central EU
  • Drive medium or large system integration, migration or software development projects using waterfall or Agile or hybrid methodologies 
  • Lead project teams of 10-20 people 
  • Plan, track, report and execute projects  
    • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage  
    • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met  
    • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy  
    • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related 
  • Keep contact with client, manage issues and escalations 
  • Mobilize and manage project team, motivate team members 
  • Lead client people and various external vendors 
  • Report project progress to senior manager level
