Who we are looking for

We are currently looking forSenior Salesforce Consultants inBudapest to work with international clients in the Technology team.  

Our requirements: 

  • Team player with strong communication skills in English (must) and Hungarian (optional), 
  • Strong drive for growth to perform in extremely dynamic environments, 
  • Proven experiencein CRM processes or sales or service. Salesforce is a plus, 
  • Able to contribute to CRM project implementations with Agile development approach, 
  • Outstanding analytics thinking to help clients with digital transformations,  
  • Understands or is interested in learning ecosystems and products, 
  • Salesforce.comCertification will be an extra asset,  
  • Open towork in an international environment and travel abroad, 
  • Able to write effective User Stories, Acceptance Criteria or Test Scripts are a plus, 
  • Able to understand complex business processes and transform it to visual mockups, process flows or data models 

Your future role

Your role as aSenior Consultantwill focus on the successful delivery of Salesforce Project where you will play a key role in engaging with clients, understanding complex problems and driving digital transformations. You will demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on track,exercising effective communication andrelationship-building skills. In this role, you will be driven for growth beside an international team who motivates each other. During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:  

  • Deliver projects using Agile Scrum methodology by understanding and applying the Agile delivery framework: 
  • Have courage to do the right thing, 
  • Show respect, trust and openness towards team members, 
  • Focus and commit to deliver value to the customer,  
  • Gain expertise in proven Deloitte methodologies in Salesforce implementation to resolve Digital Transformation challenges,  
  • Gain expertise in different industries and sectors 
  • Access to the knowledgebase with most effective products up-to-date and how to apply it to Digital Transformation,   
  • Obtain globally recognized certifications in one or more Salesforce products,  
  • Write functional specifications from client business requirements,  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of helping team members thrive in this environment , 
  • Liaise with clients and customers throughout the solution development and delivery cycle , 
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce and can clearly communicate those to customers, 
  • Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations, 
  • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components, 
  • Strong presenter to connect with audiences from technical and non-technical teams.
