Who we are looking for
Deloitte Digital is seeking for an Architect/Technical/Business Leads to support our ambition in the Customer Service Transformation area. 

Your responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Lead you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team of Service Cloud specialists and be responsible for their development;
- Advise clients on the implementation best practices in Customer Service;
- Leading discovery workshops with the clients; 
- Ensuring the quality of project delivery;  


5+ years of Salesforce Experience
Solid knowledge of the platform (Classic and Lightning)
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions
Understanding of Customer Service challenges and ambitions
Experience in Complex projects
Fluency in English is a must


Salesforce Certifications
Team management experience
Experience in Field Service
Understading of Customer 360 needs of the service organizations
