Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • 1+ years proven experience in senior analyst position related to Conflict Check 
  • Experience of managing and guiding the development of less experienced staff and a desire to develop your line management and mentoring skills; 
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility of style to communicate confidently with people at all levels across the firm; 
  • The ability to work on multiple, often complex, tasks at the same time; 
  • The ability to challenge senior people effectively and in a way that builds relationships; 
  • A strong understanding of risks and controls; 
  • A good working knowledge of IT. 

  • Reporting skills (MS Excel);
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Ability to express yourself and your ideas to Senior Management staff.

Your future role

  • Analyzing relevant information, asking insightful questions and consulting with various subject matter experts in order to make and communicate informed decisions and achieve the right outcomes; 
  • Providing a wide range of support to internal clients; 
  • Managing the expectations of internal clients and building effective relationships  with engagement teams
  • Close cooperation with Senior Management staff (such as establishing deadlines, explaining service level agreements, managing urgent requests, providing concise information and regular updates);  
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery; 
  • Supporting more junior colleagues and providing feedback; 
  • Supporting analysts in managing client expectations and building effective relationships with engagement teams and QRS team;
  • Constantly challenging the status quo with regards to departmental processes and services, by providing solutions; 
  • Collaborating with the wider QRS/CC community to help drive the department forward, and keeping up to date with team developments.
