• At least 3+ years of professional experience in financial advisory, accounting and/or audit gained in a professional services firm.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and Power Point).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of both Bulgarian and English.
• Independent and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
• Professional Certifications: CFA or ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.

• Effectively deliver financial M&A transaction engagements with focus on valuations and financial modelling, including
•     Performing high-quality research work, drafting presentations, pitches valuation reports and other briefing reports
  • Focusing on attention to detail, conciseness and risk awareness
  • Delivering on time and ability to multitask across projects and work under pressure
• Apply strong excel skills for development of financial models and quick and accurate analyses of data.
• Pro-actively support business development including developing relationships, generating leads, and qualifying opportunities
