Who we are looking for
We are looking for passionate and results-driven Digital Strategists ready to join us and leverage digital to make a real impact on our clients’ business. Ideal candidate for this position should be a digital geek: innovative, curious and technology savvy. Our Digital Strategy team works on the edge of strategy, design and technology; hence we are looking for generalists who are able to flexibly apply their critical thinking capabilities for challenges from always changing domains.

  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree will be an advantage) ideally either in business (economics, management, finance) or technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics) with proven track of outstanding academic record and extracurricular activities,
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, business/management consulting or IT/technology environment with understanding of key areas such as digital strategy, digital transformation, digital technology, omni-channel, IT strategy consulting or IT infrastructure/architecture,
  • proven record of project management skills or leadership at work or through extracurricular activities,
  • critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems, justify own point of view, but also flexibility to change own mind if compelling counterarguments arise,
  • digital native with functional knowledge or passion in new technologies and ability to quickly understand emerging digital tools,
  • proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication),
  • ability to work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization (strategy, technology, design),
  • ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel,
  • proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (more advanced analytical tools like Tableau will be highly appreciated).
Moreover, the following will be an advantage:
  • working experience alongside developers and designers – it will not be your core responsibility, but ability to speak the same language is essential,
  • knowledge of technology stack which will enable you to independently accelerate delivery of your activities (e.g., VBA, SQL/databases, Python etc.).
Your future role
Digital Strategists work within an organization to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges of all units of the business in the new digital era. As a Senior Consultant, you will play an active role in delivering projects to our clients’, working side by side with more experienced managers and taking the responsibility for supervising more junior colleagues. Here’s a sample of what you can experience:
  • You will be working with our team to deliver or lead work-streams on various projects – that is why your strong engagement, commitment to excellence and management skills are crucial for us.
  • You will prepare materials, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses and finally translate your analyses into strategic directions – content prepared by you will be heavily leveraged and that is why your Excel, Power Point and analytical skills are important.
  • You will have the opportunity to present your findings to client stakeholders, lead workshops and identify follow-on sales opportunities – that is why your interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • You will work with different teams across our and client organization, including strategy, technology and design representatives. You will have a chance to broad your experience and excel in each of these fields – that is why your ability to work effectively with people in all functional areas in the organization are relevant.

Selection process
I stage
We will carefully read your resume.

II stage
You will be asked to complete analytical, verbal and English online tests.

III stage
You will be invited for an interview (consisting of 2 parts: HR interview and case study interviews held in English).
