Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, “can do” attitude
  • Min. 2 years of experience in management- or technology consulting
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive customer service attitude, strong client management skills
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Able to manage high workload
  • Strong knowledge of various Windows based office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Fluent English

 Advantages, if you have:

  • Expertise in one of the following industries: telecommunication, media, technology or sport
  • Experienced in strategy creation and implementation, process optimization, industry innovations, product development, change management, quality assurance
  • Experience in agile project implementations
  • Demonstrated experience of working on large or mid-sized projects, team leader position is a clear advantage
  • Experienced in project and change management methods
  • Demonstrated experience in working in team and with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive client feedback
  • Fluent German

Your future role
  • Deliver consulting projects, including design and actual implementations
  • Manage small teams
  • Organize client meetings
  • Gain deep knowledge about the client’s business
  • Follow each step of the project, identify risks in time, solve problems independently or escalate when reasonable
  • Report, present transparently about the progression of the project both for the client and project leadership
  • Delegate tasks the team members, track their progress
  • Give clear and measurable expectations and timely feedback to the team members
