Description & Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Law;
- 3 years of relevant experience in a tax consulting practice or relevant tax experience in business environment;
- Advanced knowledge in the main areas of tax consulting;
- Excellent command of Serbian and English - speaking and writing;
- Strong oral and written communication / presentation skiills
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills;
- Advance knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word;
- Efficient, well organized and able to prioritize;
- Knowledge in the main areas of tax consulting;
- Motivation and willingness to learn;
- Attention to detail and precision in work;
- The capability to mentor and educate less experienced team members;
- Initiative in proposing solutions;
- Leadership skills
- Processing data related to project execution assigned by the immediate supervisor;
- Conducting tax research to issue expert opinions, providing advice, and offering other services to clients, following the team leader's instructions;
- Gathering and organizing information from clients;
- Resolving basic administrative issues for clients;
- Participating in preparing various types of tax reports as per the team leader's instructions;
- Communicating with client representatives;
- Providing training to junior colleagues;
- Leading teams of junior colleagues, following the team leader's instructions;
- Performing other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor
