Who we are looking for
The primary role of the Customer Experience Designer is to be responsible for end-to-end, international CX design projects for our clients, focusing on creation & improvement of exceptional digital customer experiences by using design methodologies.
  • A senior Customer Experience designer with 4+ years of experience in customer experience design/service design/business design
  • An innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn mindset who is having a knack for making the complex clear
  • Highly developed CX design skills: methods, processes that you’ve built up over time
  • Led complex multi-channel CX design projects end-to-end with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Coming from a digital background or having a good understanding of the digital space
Your future role
  • Represent the voice of the users, help clients to have a deeper understanding of their customers’ needs and design ideal customer experiences on mostly digital channels
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver CX design activities in interdisciplinary, international projects
  • Participate in international Deloitte CX research projects
  • Understand and incorporate complex user requirements into a concept for business
  • Support the creation of proposals that focus on delivering impact with design and take part in client presentations
  • Collaborate with local team and regional Deloitte Digital design community
  • Monitor wider industry trends, contribute to the on-going enhancement of the Deloitte Digital CX methodologies
