Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our new strategic project at Deloitte — the development of a multifunctional platform that supports Deloitte consultants across multiple service lines. The platform will provide access to methodologies, tools, reference materials, and other critical resources.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or DevOps roles

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker in cloud or hybrid environments

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure: Azure DNS, VMs, Azure Blob Storage, VM Scale Sets, Azure Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL), Azure Load Balancer

  • Experience with Azure DevBox setup and support

  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools: Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Git

  • Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools: ELK, Grafana

  • Proven record of successful infrastructure/DevOps project delivery

  • Solid understanding of software development and CI/CD principles

  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

    Nice to have:

    • Azure certifications

    • Familiarity with Concourse CI, Jenkins, or GitLab pipelines

    • Experience with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, nginx

    • Exposure to Amazon AWS

    • Experience working with sensitive or regulated data

Your future role

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Configure and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and services

  • Set up, manage, and support Azure DevBox environments for development teams

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

  • Monitor systems and applications, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis

  • Manage user access and permissions

  • Document infrastructure and architecture decisions

  • Support the implementation of security best practices and compliance controls

  • Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to overall DevOps maturity
