Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

To support our German Audit Team initiative, we are actively looking for experienced colleagues to join us.

Requirements:

Excellent accounting knowledge
Certified Accountant or similar qualification is an important asset
Big 4 experience or working in financial audit business (min. 2 years)
Fluency in written/spoken English is a must
German language skills (regardless of the level), are an advantage
Good computer literacy (MS Office application) and excellent organizational, communication, writing and teambuilding skills
Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team, as well as exceptional commitment to client service

Your future role

Act as a Senior on Audit engagements in the field, lead a team in planning, managing and executing Audit engagements for Germany-based entities, within a risk based environment efficiently and effectively;
Deliver projects on-time and on-budget;
Identify and effectively deal with risks;
Maintain high quality and professional standards;
Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team, provide on the job training and feedback and practice your leadership style from a very early stage
