  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Talent Acquisition or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and search engines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Your future role
  • Lead the creation and refinement of initial job requisitions, including revising job descriptions, documenting recruitment campaigns, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring the accuracy of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including extending offers, to secure top talent.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and engage passive candidates through search engines and social media platforms when necessary.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the IT talent landscape, offering insights and data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with candidates, providing timely follow-up, feedback, and communication to maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
  • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and various recruitment options.
  • Conduct recurrent meetings with Hiring Managers to proactively address any obstacles to successful campaign completion.
  • Lead and participate in ongoing Talent Acquisition projects, including sourcing strategies, job fairs, internship initiatives, and University collaborations.
