Who we are looking for

Technical Competencies

  • Expertise in field with excellent Energy, Resources & Industrials industry knowledge (e.g., Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Power, Utilities & Renewables, Mobility, and Energy Systems) in areas like automation, digitalization, strategy, process/ continuous improvement for core and/ or support activities, agile way of working implementation, customer experience/ design thinking etc.
  • Proven experience in business development and drafting and presenting client proposals in support of related specialty areas
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex projects to profitable outcomes 
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Good financial knowledge

Qualifications required

  • Degree/Post Graduate Qualification:
    • BSC Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical, Electrical, Power Systems Engineering etc.) (Business Sciences)
    • Business Administration (MBA or equivalent)
    • Energy, Resources & Industrial Products industry experience


  • Engineering or energy related background
  • Management consulting experience
  • 10 years’ working experience
  • 5 years in a client-facing role, 3 of these in a management role

What you will do? 

  • Responsible for managing and leading business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities
    • Contacting key stakeholders at potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and develop relationships
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Leading and contributing to practice development initiatives
  • Leading delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements: developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, organizing and leading project teams
