Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Finance & Performance Senior Manager in Business Finance consulting with the following background:

  • Minimum 10 years work experience in the field of FP&A or Controlling or Performance management;
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in consulting/advisory (Big 4 experience is an advantage);
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics;
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive personality with strong controlling / accounting background;
  • Technical awareness and ability to quickly understand new technologies;
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and good decision-making skills;
  • Professional English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must;
  • Strong analytical capabilities including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity;
  • Strong client interaction skills and proven track record of business development in consulting.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in managing complex projects or finance programs;
  • Project management certificate PMP/Prince2;
  • Post graduate qualification / studying towards: CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Finance Controlling related IT systems e.g. OneStream, Anaplan.
Your future role

As a Senior Manager in the Finance and Performance team, you will be responsible for building the business finance service line and competency; performing related business development activity and delivering business finance projects for external Clients.

  • Manage project teams and clients on projects;
  • Develop business finance service portfolio and business plan and perform related business development and sales activity;
  • Develop business finance competency and team;
  • Work in a high performing project team aspiring for high-quality client service;
  • Develop cooperation with global and regional Deloitte business finance communities;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership by providing insights to latest finance trends, automation opportunities and operating efficiency;
  • Work with multinational and large Hungarian enterprises on a variety of Hungarian and international projects.
