Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role with experience testing;
  • Experience in working as a service management professional;
  • Automation knowledge: Tricentis Tosca;
  • Salesforce's knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and testing methodologies;
  • Experience in end-to-end integration testing ;
  • A thorough knowledge of Windows 10 Evergreen (WaaS), Office 365 and Citrix environments;
  • Agile understanding and experience in working in a scrum team;
  • ITIL experience, and preferably certified to ITIL Foundation or Practitioner level;
  • Ability to build good relationships & conduct effective technical discussions with clients, peers and senior staff; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, test management, and test automation tools;
  • ISEB/ISTQB Tester certifications.
Your future role
In this role you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and release notes, creating test scenarios and scripts (manual and automated) for a Salesforce system and its downstream integrated applications across multiple European countries. 

  • Refining & improving Testing scripts and practices;
  • Develop test scenarios/scripts (manual and automated);
  • Create test data as required;
  • Executing testing cycles, coordinating efforts with external teams and to assist in gaining results spanning: functional testing; system & integration testing; aspects of non-functional testing; end user applications;
  • Report results through appropriate channels, globally and locally;
  • Documenting test results, and compiling results into consolidated high-level reports to Test Lead;
  • Working with Test Lead to ensure that all technical preparations have been completed prior to commencing test activities, i.e. test environments stable and ready for use, entry criteria met, test accounts set-up, access devices ready for testing;
  • Maintaining requirements traceability and demonstrating test progress;
  • Running pre-defined regression tests to ensure compatibility with existing software;
  • Conducting full analysis of the results returned and handing over any defects which, upon review, are found to be valid;
  • Identification and management of defects through to resolution. This may include leading defect triage sessions.
