Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• Design and implement compensation processes for companies (salary increase, annual bonus, long term incentives, rewards and recognition).
• Create salary and incentives plans integrated with performance results based on the company strategy.
• Lease with HR and IT departments during the implementation project to discuss salary requirements and expectations from the IT system.

Your future role
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, human resources management or related fields;
• At least 2 years as HR Administrator in Compensation or End User Compensation;
• Familiarity with Compensation processes and software management for these processes;
• Motivation, interest, positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical mind, creative spirit;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Second language skills is a plus (German preferred).
