Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • University degree;
  • Strong competence in personal income tax, international tax and social security in complex cross-border situations, as well as experience in immigration procedures.
  • Experience in leading major local and multinational projects in tax and immigration areas in case of international mobility of personnel.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships, ideally within a consulting environment; professional and pro-active approach to deliver high-quality client service;
  • Excellent client facing, relationship building and business development skills, coupled with commercial awareness;
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian.
Your future role
  • Day to day provision of a wide variety of personal tax advisory, tax compliance and immigration services to clients;
  • Lead client assignments;
  • Manage and guide the team involved in the client assignments daily;
  • Develop strong day to day relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities;
  • Lead business development and practice management activities;
  • Manage the financials on his/her client projects;
  • Follow Deloitte’s professional standards and risk policies in all assignments.

About the team

To support the significant growth of our Tax practice, we are seeking to recruit a Tax Manager with strong background in Personal Income Tax and Global Mobility who will be based in Sofia and will be responsible for business development activities and servicing Clients.
