Description & Requirements
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions for the tax and legal team.
- Ensure the application of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Develop and present business cases for new technical solutions, demonstrating their value and alignment with company objectives.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and foster a positive working environment.
Business Development:
- Represent the country in regional hub discussions, promoting our team's services and capabilities.
- Engage in negotiations and technical discussions to sell our services to clients.
Infrastructure Support:
- Oversee the infrastructure requirements for the tax and legal team, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Liaise with IT and other technical teams for infrastructure setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
