Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Transformation (Senior) Consultant to join our team and lead the delivery of high-impact IT projects that support our clients' business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT transformation management/project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects,
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello),
  • Ability to lead and guide project team,
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results,
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party contractors,
  • Very good command of English language (German will be considered as advantage),
  • Advanced presentation skills,
  • Knowledge of business processes analysis, process mapping, BPM notations,
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly desirable.

Your future role

As a member Technology Transformation consulting team, you will support clients with the planning and delivery of transformation programs to achieve defined business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution while managing risks and maintaining project quality.

Your daily activities may primarily focus on, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Collect business requirements as an input for project planning.
  • Create process capability mapping with focus on technology 
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in the IT world.
