Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Transformation Consultant to join our team and lead the delivery of high-impact IT projects that support our clients' business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT transformation management/project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects,
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello),
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams,
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results,
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party contractors,
  • Very good command of English language (German will be considered as advantage),
  • Advanced presentation skills,
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly desirable.

Your future role

As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you will support clients with the planning and delivery of transformation programs to achieve defined business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution while managing risks and maintaining project quality.

 
  • Lead the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in the IT world.
