An exciting opportunity has arisen at Deloitte in Poland!
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Technology Transformation team, drive business development and growth of Enterprise Technology Transformation practice at Deloitte.

Technology Transformation Senior Manager

Warsaw Q22 & remote work


  • 10+ years of management experience in leading technology and project teams
  • 7+ years of line management experience
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle delivery of technology enabled business transformations
  • Practitioner level experience in programme management with relevant certifications
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management or / and Lean Portfolio Management with IT, consulting or professional services background
  • Experience in one or the following industries e.g. banking, insurance, life sciences, automotive, retail, media, public sector
  • Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Good knowledge & proven experience in applying and scaling Agile Methodologies
  • Familiarity with modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS)
  • Business development experience in IT or professional services domain
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern PM tools
  • Excellent command of English and Polish – advanced level both written and spoken
