👀 Who We Are Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer who is passionate about improving software quality and eager to expand their skills. You’ll be joining a team of skilled professionals – including developers, UX designers, and business analysts – who work together to build innovative solutions across a variety of projects.
This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of QA or software testing experience, who is comfortable working in dynamic environments and is open to continuous learning. 📘

🎯 What you bring:
• ✅ 1+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles, collaborating across the software development lifecycle.
• 💻 Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in GUI and API testing (e.g. Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured).
• 🛠️ Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• 🔄 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• 📊 Experience with project and test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or HP ALM.
• 📝 Strong documentation and communication skills.
• 💬 Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
•  Team spirit and the ability to work independently.

✨ Nice to have:
• ⚙️ Knowledge of non-functional testing (e.g. performance).
• ♿ Experience in accessibility testing.
• 📈 Familiarity with JMeter or other performance testing tools.
• 🇩🇪 German language skills (B1/B2).
• Experience with platforms like SAP, Salesforce, or Temenos T24.



Your future role
As a Test Automation Engineer, you’ll be actively involved in making sure our applications meet the highest quality standards. You’ll support both manual and automated testing and be an essential part of the development cycle.
• Running manual and automated tests.
• 🐞 Identifying, reporting, and following up on bugs.
• 🛠️ Writing and maintaining test automation scripts.
• 💬 Collaborating with developers, analysts, and designers to ensure quality at every stage.
• 📈 Contributing to continuous improvements in testing processes and documentation.
