Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for high-energy, committed, and ambitious individuals to join our global Workday practice. In addition to designing and implementing Workday, our consulting professionals advise on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g., chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest FIN operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real improvements in employee experience.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a dedicated Workday Bootcamp where you will have an opportunity to prove your fit to the team through completing activities and case studies. Successful candidates will be offered a contract, participation in a certified training program, and an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience.

We are looking for a:
  • Young professionals with interest/experience in Finance with a willingness to learn best-in-class cloud-based technology and take their first steps in the consulting world.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI, MS Excel – pivot tables, fluent in formulas like XLOOKUP or IF).
  • Self-driven individuals aiming to start their careers in a fast-paced environment with the possibility to develop and grow every day.
  • Candidates with a basic understanding of financial processes and an interest in the 'user experience' approach in design.
  • Strong collaborators, willing to help and capable of asking for assistance, excited about challenges.
  • Good presenting and communication skills.
  • Customer focus and great potential to develop advisory and consulting skills.
  • Technology-savvy candidates, willing to learn how to configure a system.
  • Self-learners.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Availability to take part in a 1-day Bootcamp (7th June) and to work full-time from July 2024, in Warsaw/Gdansk/Cracow/Katowice. 
Your future role
  • Work with the Customer and the Project Team to execute tests and communicate issues/share feedback, participate in client meetings, and identify business requirements raised during design/playback sessions.
  • Support the Finance Team in the configuration of the Workday system and prepare documentation on solutions.
  • Support and advise clients throughout all stages of a project.
