Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for high-energy, committed, and ambitious individuals to join our global Workday practice. In addition to designing and implementing Workday, our Consulting professionals advise on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g., chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real improvements in employee experience.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a dedicated WD Bootcamp where you will have an opportunity to prove your fit to the team through completing activities and case studies. Successful candidates will be offered a contract, participation in a certified training program, and an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience.

We are looking for a:
  • Young professionals with interest/experience in IT and willing to switch careers to the consulting path.
  • Web services and XML knowledge.
  • Customer-facing attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong collaborators, willing to help and capable of asking for assistance, excited about challenges.
  • Customer focus and great potential to develop advisory and consulting skills.
  • Self-learners.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Availability to take part in a 1-day Bootcamp (7th June) and to work full time from July 2024, in Warsaw/Gdansk/Cracow.
Nice to have:
  • Proficiency in German/French.
  • Programming and XSLT skills. 
Your future role

  • Work with the Customer and the Project Team to design and execute complete integrations between Workday and 3rd party systems during the Workday implementation.
  • Advise and support the integration work by defining integration requirements and leading the Customer through scoping of the work, education on Workday, design, built, and testing of integrations.
  • Effectively prioritize and escalate integration issues.
