Who we are looking for
🟢 Our global Deloitte Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday’s largest clients. We support leading global organizations in optimizing and transforming their HR functions enabled by Workday functionalities. Our consultants offer insights, capabilities, and solutions that change the way these organizations operate and make people-related decisions.
🟢 We are currently building a dedicated team in Bulgaria and are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our global Workday practice.
🎯 Who we are looking for?
- Experience in using Workday HR Technology as a regular user or a super user
- Big plus is experience in HR shared services, HR outsourcing and understanding of HR processes: from Hire to Retire, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Total Rewards
- Attention to detail and able to keep track of lots of data effectively
- Experience in a customer service role is a big plus
- Efficiently research customer issues and questions with a follow through to resolution
- Forward-thinking individual who will analyze and improve current processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, software applications)
- Fluent English
- Residency in Bulgaria
Your future role
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure our customers’ inquiries are efficiently followed up on
- Handle an incoming case queue and help resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Clearly and succinctly detail communications to customers
- Liaison between the customer and our internal teams to ensure the customers’ needs are being met
- Prioritize and raise customer issues as the need arises
- Support client's team towards decisions and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality
