Who we are looking for

We are a dedicated team focused on advisory in the area of Finance & Performance. We advise our clients in complex issues relating to Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, Controlling processes. We are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our advisory practice.

The ideal candidate comes from a consulting or financial audit background (client-side business experience would be an additional advantage) and:

has at least 2-6 years of practical experience in financial audit, consulting and/or reporting teams,
has profound knowledge of practical aspects of accounting (Polish and/or International Financial Reporting Standards),
shows strong experience in financial accounting and reporting (certifications like CPA, ACCA or similar – completed or initiated are an advantage),
speaks English fluently,
is energized and eager to learn from colleagues,
is open-minded, creative, collaborative and highly motivated towards self–development,
has proven experience in teamwork (preferably in a multinational environment), relationship building, and multitasking.

Your future role

helping Clients with challenges around application of accounting standards and supporting them with financial accounting and reporting aspects;
providing Clients with advice supporting decision making processes around finance and accounting;
constant development and building up of knowledge and experience in finance and accounting;
taking part in various consulting projects by providing finance and accounting input to other workstreams (consulting, tax, risk advisory and corporate finance advisory);
developing relationships with existing and new clients to ensure the highest levels of quality and satisfaction;
supporting managers and other staff in proactively resolving challenges and responding to trends that may impact outcomes or quality;
building and maintaining internal collaboration with other colleagues from Finance & Performance Team.

Selection process

Stage 3 – 25 minutes HR interview (online).

Stage 4 – 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview (online).

Stage 5 – 55 minutes case interview (on-site)
