 Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 4 years management assistance;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, in English and Romanian;
  • Technical user skills and ease to work with various applications or systems;
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, especially on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet, etc.;
  • Research and analysis skills, analytical thinking;
  • Good organizational skills, detail oriented, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
  • Good understanding of technology consulting industry, ideally experience in technology consulting;
  • Reliability and discretion;
  • Demonstrate proactivity, perseverance and result orientation; being able to execute tasks independently;
  • Strong creative and problem solving skills.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings;
  • Take minutes during meetings;
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports;
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports;
  • Organizing events, preparing materials for meetings/summits/protocol/internal communication;
  • Travel assistance for key team events;
  • Support internal procurement approval flow;
  • Manage suppliers to meet Deloitte ERDC quality requirements
