Qualifications and capabilities:
  • 3+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing. Experience at Big 4 firms preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams
  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a professional accreditation (e.g. an ACCA, MBA, CFA or similar)
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Client focus, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
  • Be results-oriented with a proactive and rigorous approach.
  • Comfortable with working in a transaction environment with senior management and executives
  • Be available to travel abroad Albania when required.
  • Fluent English and preferably German.

  • Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers
  • Interpretation of information memorandum, business plans, publicly available information on the target business
  • Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
  • Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions
  • Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants
  • Execution of financial due diligences and company valuations on the buyer and seller side
  • Coordinate Financial Acquisition Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Due Diligence projects;
  • Production of quality deliverables (usually detailed written reports and presentations) within agreed timescales, briefing Partner/Director accordingly. On larger deals this will involve responsibility for the production of report sections
  • Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations
  • Project management of due diligence assignments including client interface and managing an assignment team.

Our Financial Advisory (FA) activity is primarily involved at a strategic level in mergers & acquisitions, in transaction services such as due diligence, business valuations and business modeling. You will need the flexibility to implement our international and local valuation standard while bringing to the fore your understanding of the complexities and unique circumstances of our clients and the business landscape in the country. All this while adhering to the highest standards of independence, professional objectivity and technical excellence. Our Transaction Services (TS) team provides technical support for potential transactions. The TS team examines the companies subject to a potential transaction to identify risks and all matters relevant for an informed decision of the client.
You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals and have exposure to a wide range of clients. In addition to the above, you will have an important role to play in our sector approach and business development opportunities.
