Who we are looking for

  • Logical and strategic / big-picture thinker with analytical mindset, able to solve IT-related challenges.
  • Person with understanding of IT processes and their impact on the business.
  • Highly developed interpersonal / consulting skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders (CxO and C-1 level) and advise them about strategies, transactions and transformation.
  • Graduate (min. bachelor) from the leading university on Information Technology (IT), Business Informatics or other technical field of study.
  • You can speak languages:
            Polish – native / C2 level,
            English – at least C1 level,
            other EU languages will be an advantage (esp. German).
  • 8+ / 10 + years of professional experience for Manager/Senior Manager, preferably within IT consulting environment (Big4, MBB, other top consulting companies) or technology driven companies.
  • You can act as Subject Matter Expert for at least 2-3 IT topic – show us where is your expertise.
  • Good understanding of IT financials (OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting process).
  • You have number of professional certificates (project management, process management, cloud, security, other IT-related)

Those will be considered as a strong plus:

  • Experience in IT/Tech strategy, IT M&A, IT audit or related space.
  • Experience in managing IT Department (as an IT Director / IT Manager / IT Lead or similar).
  • Sales attitude and with proven track record.
  • Master’s degree on IT field or related. Second degree / postgraduate / MBA studies on business/economics.


Your future role

  • Advising top IT executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors,) and PE investors across a wide range of industries and geographies in terms of IT strategy and transactions (M&A).
  • Client support during the M&A process, especially on the pre-deal phase (IT Due Diligence, Technology Due Diligence, Vendor Support, Synergy assessment, IT cost models).
  • Evaluation of the company’s IT strategy, systems and business applications, organization, IT infrastructure and security, during the transaction processes.
  • Development of technology operating models tight with business and IT strategy.
  • Verification of IT costs and budgets, including cost synergies that may occur with a transaction.
  • Identification of gaps and risk associated with IT enablement, IT maturity and IT technical debt.
  • Advising clients by bespoke recommendations and risk mitigation strategy in a context of transaction. Estimation of budgets for required IT changes.
  • Leading a project team on delivery and cooperation with other project teams (financial, tax, commercial) during project execution.
  • Acting as a senior person for less experienced team members (analysts, consultants) with ability to supervise them and take responsibility to lead parts of a bigger project.
  • Involvement in business development activities (client meetings, proposals, projects pipeline, development of internal capabilities and offering).

Selection process

I stage – we will carefully read your resume
II stage – you will be invited for HR interview
III – IV stage – you will be invited for Hiring Manager interview (interview contains case study). There might be joint or second interview with another manager.
V stage – you will be invited for Partner interview (final round)

Stages: III - V can be partially conducted in English.

We specialize in preparing (M&A) strategy, operating models, conducting due diligence, carve-out, post-merger integration. Our advisory covers technological areas, such as analysis and improvement of current IT strategy, assessment of the capabilities for available applications and IT infrastructure (integrations and scalability), review and improvement of internal IT processes, increasing the level of cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
