Who we are looking for
To support our Marketing & Business Development Team, we are currently looking for a focused and proactive Junior Marketing Specialist.
  • 1-3 years of experience in areas as events planning, logistics administration;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Highly organized;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Problem solving and time management skills;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven team player;
  • Ease in dealing with automated systems and tools.
Your future role
  • Support the marketing team in dealing with events, suppliers and contract and databases management;
  • Sets, communicates and maintains timelines and priorities on every project;
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with all stakeholders: internal clients, suppliers or external distributors, ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery;
  • Follows up on operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
  • Executes marketing activities across industries under supervision;
  • Provides support and assistance in organizing client facing events/ webinars;
  • Deals with internal systems to extract relevant reports for marketing and business development activities;
  • Solves tasks in time and effectively.
