If you have:

  • University Degree in any field of study; Economics, Supply chain, or Tech-related field of study will be an asset;
  • A self-starter, proactive person with the ability to deal and work with people at different levels across the business environment;
  • Strong communication and effective negotiation skills;
  • High level of analytical skills and logical thinking;
  • Ability to deal and work with people at different levels across the business environment;
  • “Can do” attitude, proactive approach;
  • Previous procurement experience will be an advantage;
  • Very good written and spoken English;

  • Conducting sourcing initiatives for IT Hardware, Software, Telecom, and IT Professional Services – supplier selection, detailed spend analysis, creating tender documents, offers evaluation, negotiation, and business case for management;
  • Conducting research, maintaining working knowledge of business trends including industry issues, cost drivers, global pricing, and market conditions;
  • Communication with internal departments and externals supplies;
  • Consolidating large scale of data and formulating clear messages to internal clients;
  • Working with various systems including SAP (training provided), supplier and contract management system.
