Kit keresünk

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of financial advisory, investment banking or audit gained in a professional services firm, financial institution and/or client service organization;

• Good understanding of the local & regional market and similar projects concluded over the past 2-3 years;
• Independent and proactive;
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi task across projects and work under pressure;
• Strong financial, modeling and analytical skills;

• Strong presentation and communication skills, excellent command of both Bulgarian & English;
• MS Office proficiency (advanced Excel level);
• University degree in Finance or related;

• Professional Certifications: CFA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualifications are welcome.

• Assist Deloitte clients with their investment or divestment decisions by providing services along the entire deal cycle, including financial due diligence support, buy or sell side advisory, valuation and modeling;

• Pro-actively support the business development process of the Financial Advisory function including developing relationships and generating leads by understanding clients’ needs and Deloitte’s advisory services;

• Ability to undertake a lead in terms of executing corporate finance projects;

• Demonstrate good knowledge in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or similar area and apply it to lead projects and provide guidance to junior team members;

• Communicate with clients, colleagues and partners across various geographies and sectors.
