Who we are looking for
Who are you?

We believe you have 2-3 years of working experience working within a support function. You believe that technology is an enabler with never ending possibilities and you are used to communicate about this also with people who do not share your conviction.
Your role within our team will be as a Platform Specialist with focus on the continuous development of the product. Our team support local business teams with their deployment of Intela, Tax & Legal’s new global digital platform that is used by our people and our clients to collaborate. We work closely together to serve Deloitte member firms within our cluster, North South Europe (NSE).
We are looking for you, who work in a structured manner and has an attention to detail. At the same time, you understand the importance of being flexible with the primary focus on delivering in a timely manner despite short deadlines. Experience from project-based work in an international environment is considered as a merit. You love learning new things and you are happy to share your knowledge with others.

Your future role
What will you do?

You will be part of the NSE Intela Center of Excellence with a very important mission: to ensure an optimized implementation and adoption of Intela within the Deloitte North South Europe region. Intela is Tax & Legal’s new global digital platform and one of the outcomes of Project Delphi, a global transformation programme reinventing how Tax & Legal will operate now and in the future. Intela includes possibilities to change how we communicate with our clients, and how we perform our tax analysis. This while allowing us to create and track various workflows in a standardized and transparent manner. We are only in the beginning of this never-ending transformation journey, and we would love to have you onboard to add to our success.
Your primary focus will be to become an expert on Intela. That includes understanding how Intela works, how it should be (or should not be) used and how it is configured. As new releases of Intela come out, you will support with the user acceptance testing of the platform for NSE, including developing new test scripts. You will be expected to support with writing and monitoring of requirements and demoing new functionality. Naturally, you will be able to support local teams if they have questions about Intela functionality.

There will be some business travelling expected. However, to a very limited extent.

Your performance will be measured in relation to what extent Intela is implemented successfully across NSE (e.g. number of active internal and external users and clients onboarded).


• Build and maintain a deep knowledge of Intela
• Prepare and run demos of Intela, demonstrating features and functionality
• Monitoring requirements and ensuring you are kept abreast of those pertaining to your clients and keeping the NSE CoE team updated by way of co-leading weekly meetings
• Participate and contribute to integration projects that are run with local business teams
• Work with PowerBI and Azure DevOps to track requirements, bugs, and maintaining a record of testing
• Run user acceptance testing of new releases of Intela
• Develop test scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders in other geographies on testing and requirements, including actively engaging in weekly meetings

Qualifications and skills required

• Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field.
• You have minimum 2-3-year experience from working within a support function or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
• Highly skilled within the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience from working in AzDo and PowerBI is a merit
• Technologically curious.
• A structured and organised approach to work, complemented with an eye for detail.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and handling competing demands in a timely manner.
• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in QA automation or record automated/manual test scripts to test product functionality.
