Outsourced Accounting Services - Senior Accountant role (Latvia)

About Deloitte:
Deloitte's Accounting and Financial Services team helps clients optimize critical business functions such as accounting, tax, payroll, and HR administration. Our goal is to enable clients to focus on growing their businesses while we handle their financial operations with excellence and precision.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting as a Senior Accountant;
Capability to deliver such reporting: Annual Financial Statements, VAT, CIT, Payroll, Statistics (knowledge of Latvian legislation is a must);
Fluency in written and spoken English and Latvian;
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems;
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
Proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to great service and quick learning.

Your future role

Manage full accounting cycle for our clients. Including tax, management, payroll, and statistical reporting for local and international clients (according to Latvian legislation)
Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Tax Reports in accordance with local regulations.
Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
