Required professional background and skills:

  • Master Degree in Economics with Finance or Corporate Finance specialization
  • At least 5-8 years of experience gained in financial services industry, ideally in integrating, separating as well as transforming banking or insurance processes during mergers
  • Operational due diligence is experience an advantage 
  • Synergy analysis target operating model experience
  • Day 1 and Day 100 program planning and management  
  • Strong experience in complex projects
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian is a must
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client management skills
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Participation in the Project management of mid to large scale integration/separation assignments including: coordinating project streams, managing project risks/issues and tracking merger benefits.
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
  • Ensure high-quality and timely execution of advisory tasks
  • Define client business needs
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through interactions with client personnel
  • Assist in pitching for new engagements
