Who we are looking for

You have a university degree in IT or relevant IT experience, such as auditing or conducting forensic analysis.
You are technically proficient – not only do you excel in MS Office, but you also master other data handling tools.
You have excellent quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively – you will analyze and assess risks, their causes, prioritize them, and propose steps for their mitigation.
You are proactive, not afraid to come up with new ideas, and you have an interest and willingness to learn new things and develop in cybersecurity.
You are independent, but you also have a sense of organization and team spirit.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English.
You have knowledge of IT and security standards, such as NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO27k, ITIL, and others.
You are aware of the legal and regulatory requirements in the field of cybersecurity and privacy protection.

You will be a key part of a team focused on managing cybersecurity risks, which is crucial for all our clients.
You will work with your colleagues on projects for various clients not only across the Czech Republic but also abroad.
You will assess the current state, test and analyze, identify deficiencies, and then propose or implement new solutions.
You will prepare and present analyses to the top management of our clients. You will regularly be in contact with our clients and participate in joint meetings, discussions, and workshops.
You will collaborate with colleagues from other countries within the broader Cyber Strategy team.
