Kit keresünk
  • +3 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience;
  • Expert knowledge of the end-to-end product design process;
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling and design presentation skills (essential for us to get to know you better);
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data, often from many sources, e.g., business and tech requirements, user research, process flows, along with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment;
  • A clear passion and enthusiasm for learning and pursuing your expertise, constantly challenging the definition of what makes good user experience;
  • Vast experience in presenting and collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts;
  • Experience in designing, planning, and facilitating workshops and user research activities, also in a remote way;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral);
  • Ability to give and receive constructive design critique;
  • Proven knowledge of using Design Systems is a plus.

As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for key elements of end-to-end product design for our clients. You are the voice of the people. In all of your interactions — with clients, project managers, designers, engineers, and more — you’ll advocate for what users need, and expect from the products we create. You’re innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn more about what’s happening in the interactive space. Your product design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear.
  • Represent the voice of the user(s) in business and product conversations and decisions;
  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into elegant design decisions based on data, trends, and industry best practices;
  • Assist in the scoping and planning of UX engagements, recommending project approach and a selection of the most appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Create high-quality UX/UI deliverables that deliver project outcomes;
  • Work in partnership with the engineering team to implement UX/UI patterns and ensure visual consistency across all products and demos;
  • Contribute to the on-going enhancement of the Deloitte Digital UX methodologies;
  • Mentor Junior UX/UI designers;
  • Prepare sales proposal materials, guided by Project Managers;
  • Monitor wider industry UX/UI trends and relevant technology trends.
