Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Turn loyalty strategy into experiences customers love. 💙

We’re looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong experience in Loyalty Management, ideally Salesforce Loyalty Management, to join our team and help shape and deliver innovative loyalty solutions for leading brands across international markets.

If you enjoy connecting business strategy, customer experience and technology, turning complex ideas into clear solutions, and working with both business and technical teams - this could be your next challenge. 🌍✨

🚀 What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. 😊
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer journeys.
  • Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management is preferred.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluent English and knowledge of Polish, Czech, Slovak or Hungarian.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative and consulting-oriented mindset. ✨
Your future role
  • Lead workshops and translate business goals into loyalty requirements, journeys and user stories.
  • Own/support the backlog, roadmap, prioritization and acceptance criteria. 🌿
  • Define key loyalty processes: earn & burn, tiers, benefits, promotions, challenges and member servicing.
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, data, integration, testing and business teams. 🌐
  • Support demos, testing, UAT and business acceptance.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations and loyalty consulting.
  • Lead functional workstreams, manage dependencies and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior analysts. 🚀
What we offer
  • Hybrid work model for better work-life balance. 👩‍💻
  • Mobile phone and a work notebook.
  • Extra week of vacation and additional sick leave days without the need for a medical certificate. ✨
  • Flexible benefits system (Cafeteria) allowing you to choose from meal vouchers, pension contributions, fitness passes, cultural activities, language courses, and more. 💡
  • Salary support during illness and paternity leave.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering both personal and business trips. ✈️
  • Reimbursement for clothing care and cleaning expenses.
  • Access to external and internal training programs to support your ongoing professional development.
  • On-site fitness studio and participation in sports and cultural events.
Selection process
  1. Application & Recruiter Call - we review your CV and, if there’s a good match, invite you to a short 15-minute conversation with our recruiter. 📞
  2. Technical Interview - meet with a Senior Manager to discuss your experience, expertise, and approach to technical and business challenges. 💻
  3. Final Interview - have a conversation with a Partner focused on the project, your potential role, and mutual fit.
