Who we are looking for

Our Transfer Pricing service line is well positioned for growth and senior experienced consultants are needed to support the team in delivering quality advice to the client and pursue new business opportunities. As a member of our team, you will gain knowledge and expertise in the economic field, you will understand the clients’ business in order to contribute to finding tailored solutions to their needs, you will benefit from training programs and you will work closely with a team of professionals giving you the opportunity to develop all the technical and business skills you need in your work.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

  • University degree with relevant major (e.g. Finance / Accounting, Business Administration etc.);
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a tax practice, with experience in transfer pricing engagements;
  • Excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
  • Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities.
Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team and you will help our clients solve their transfer pricing related issues. Your most important responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively assist in delivering transfer pricing projects for a wide variety of industries, by working in close cooperation with Managers and above;
  • Assist in advising clients on transfer pricing matters, such as: transfer pricing planning, functional and economic analysis, implementation of transfer pricing strategies, advance pricing agreements and also assist clients during transfer pricing audits;
  • Establish efficient working relationships directly with clients;
  • Be actively involved in business development activities in order to identify opportunities on existing or new clients;
  • Train and lead more junior staff and contribute to your own and your team’s development;
  • Develop strong business relationships within Deloitte network.
