Who we are looking for
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management and delivery, particularly in IT security and ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules and other related ServiceNow applications.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, especially in the SecOps suite.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Work Environment:

The role may be based remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup, depending on the organization’s policies and project requirements. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or site visits.

Your future role
The ServiceNow Security Operation (SecOps) Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations solutions within an organization. This role requires a combination of project management, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices. The Delivery Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders, including security, IT, and business teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. They play a key role in driving the successful deployment of ServiceNow SecOps modules and ensuring alignment with the organization’s security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SecOps projects, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
3. Team Coordination and Management:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, security specialists, and IT professionals.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage team performance to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
4. Solution Design and Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the design and architecture of ServiceNow SecOps solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet organizational standards and industry regulations.
  • Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions within the ServiceNow SecOps space.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and ServiceNow technologies.
7. Post-Implementation Support and Handover:
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support, including knowledge transfer and training.
  • Oversee post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to inform future projects.
