  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and related experience.
  • Human Resources Certification is preferred.
  • 7+ years of Human Resources generalist/specialist experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a professional behavior.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management and influencing skills.
  • Proved experience in resolving conflict and dealing effectively with people at different levels and from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Relevant experience with some HR related processes as Performance Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employees’ Relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc. is required.
  • Ability to set priorities and to respond to changing demands from multiple sources on short notice; excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member; strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience in a professional services organization is desirable.

  • Partners with the SO Leadership Team and Talent Lead for developing a solid understanding of the business environment and needs, as well as of the Engagement & Performance processes.
  • Executes, monitors, reports on Talent Engagement frameworks and actively participating in any designing and/or continuous improvement activities in this area, while keeping in mind the complex business priorities (e.g. New Employee Integration Experience program, Exit interview process, recurring employees check-ins, Walk and Talk or Skip-level type meetings, etc.).
  • Works closely with the Talent Lead and the SO Leadership Team to plan, manage, run, monitor and report on various activities and frameworks within the Performance Management area, including active participation within Talent Review meetings at Mid-Year and Year-End.
  • Provides guidance to SO Leadership Team and employees regarding various HR processes, policies and procedures and assists them with all HR-related issues and questions.
  • Works closely with the SO Leadership Team and employees to improve team integration experience, work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention, including facilitating the SO Leadership Team connection with Talent, for critical cases.
  • Stays tuned, analyzes and presents to the Talent Lead and SO Leadership Team the market/industry trends and metrics with respect to Talent Engagement and suggest new strategies in this area.
  • Supports SO Leadership Team with the implementation of the planned actions in the area of Talent Engagement: activities planning, running, monitoring, reporting, updates, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison for employees to the SO Leadership Team, internal functions (such as Finance, Office Management, HR), and other teams, aiming to enhance the employees experience within the company.
  • Identifies high-risk employees and highlight them to SO Leadership Team, supports initiation of discussions in retaining Talent proactively.
  • Builds effective relationships with leaders, managers and employees and provides seamless operational support in various HR areas, when needed.
  • Provides positive customer service by responding to all staff levels on HR related questions.
  • Counsels and guides regarding all HR processes, policies, associated procedures and application of relative laws and regulations.
  • Recommends solutions to employees’ issues, based on knowledge of policies, established practices and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Creates, runs and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports for information reporting and management decision-making on various HR related topics.
  • In collaboration with other HR team members, participates in the development and implementation of new or revised HR programs, systems, procedures, and methods of operation.
  • Conducts in depth and impartial investigations regarding compliance and employee relations matters, as they should arise.
  • Manages and implements special projects, and performs other duties, as assigned.
  • Supports and brings value to the HR team by participating in cross-departmental projects, as they should arise.
