🔍 Our requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CIMA in progress or completed is a plus);
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in treasury operations;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from financial data;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration;
  • Proven team management experience;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Your future role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on regional treasury processes and services;
  • Develop and implement treasury management strategies, including monitoring interest rates and economic trends;
  • Interpret and manage bank agreements;
  • Maintain and strengthen banking relationships across Central European countries;
  • Identify and execute hedging strategies where appropriate;
  • Oversee cash forecasting to ensure liquidity requirements are met;
  • Manage month-end closing activities for treasury;
  • Coordinate treasury-related audits and address auditor queries;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements,
  • Continuously review and enhance existing processes and procedures,
  • Lead and implement new projects and process migrations to the Rzeszów Business Center,
  • Lead, motivate, inspire and develop the treasury team.
