Pozícióleírás és elvárások
Research:
· Competitive bechmarking / analysis.
· User surveys / interviews.
· Usability tests.
UX Design:
· Information architecture.
· Detailed product blueprints.
· Complex user flows.
· Static wireframes.
· Clickable prototypes: all fidelities.
UI Design:
· Creates / maintains high fidelity user interface artefacts.
· Creates / maintains design systems including basic components, reusable components, page templates, artefacts interaction.
· Developer handover / team support: share components with devs, help client/team understand how artefacts work, under wich conditions, why.
General design process:
· Understand what the business needs are, user context (personas), used technology.
· Adopt / work / propose a design strategy based on the project roadmap.
· Document / adopt all relevant data: industry details, user context, information architecture, product blueprint, user flows.
· Based on captured data / requirements brainstorm a collection of solutions.
· Based on client / team reviews converge on a solution and create wireframes, clickable prototypes.
· Test / validate proposed solution with various stakeholders: client, potential users, team.
· Create final user interface artefacts, components, page templates & share them with developers.
Different projects or teams will bring different design processes and/or different research methods. Being adaptable and quickly building design strategies based on a new set of data is a big plus. Also, experience working with big platforms such as ecommerce or anything related to business-to-consumer is preferable.
· For UX candidates: we want to understand how you think in terms of design processes. Miro / Mural / Figjam case studies boards (even with fake projects) will help your case. We will ask for a 5–10-minute live demo: “Build an authentication process”.
· For UI candidates: a walk through your visual portfolio (even with fake projects) will be mandatory. We would like to see work directly into Adobe XD / Figma / Sketch / any other tool. We will ask for a 5–10-minute live demo: “Build a button with different states”.
· For both UX/UI candidates: All the above.
· Day-to-day:
Discover the client, understand the industry, analyze the competition, capture data, and create information architecture, product blueprints, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, create/update design systems, create high fidelity user interface artefacts.
· Agile ways of working:
Defines or adopts iterative ways of working, standard design practices & sets an example of how things should be done.
· Quality:
Enforces design standards to client/team, contributes to setting up quality checks, performs, or contributes to product audits.
· Technology:
You master the use of Miro/Mural/Figjam/any collaboration tool, you master the use of Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch. You can lead and enforce good practices about using these tools. You will also be given the chance to do proof-of-concepts and evaluate solutions. Mastering additional software such as Photoshop/Illustrator/etc. will be a plus for internal practices.
· Exposure to wide variety of cutting-edge projects and frameworks.
· Innovate within. Chance to get involved and drive discovery / prototype projects (mobile apps, IoT stuff etc.) as part of the Deloitte Digital designer’s community.
· Trainings! We encourage you to attend as many as possible and conduct some to help your colleagues grow while developing your soft skills.
