· 2+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting

· Experience with leading 1+ full life cycle Workday implementations or other ERP systems

· Experience in implementing various functional areas including: P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany

· Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities as requested by project leaders

· Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

· Willingness to travel when necessary


· Workday Finance and reporting certifications not required, but would be considered an asset

· Content development experience to support the implementation process and client experience

· An analytical mind set and application of analytic and visualization tools

· Experience with Excel, Visio and Power Point

· Knowledge of the Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Professional Services processes, General Ledger, Intercompany, Expenses

· Accounting background, experience, or relevant academic coursework / professional certifications

  • Work on Workday Financial deployments in roles of varying capacity across the various Financials modules
  • Own system configuration and demonstrate functionality  
  • Assist with gathering requirements, preparing documentation and process maps
  • Debug and problem solve issues during testing phases
  • Communicate project status and issues to management and stakeholders
  • Assist the client with converting legacy data
  • Adhering to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with client
  • Managing escalations
  • Take part in resolving integration issues
  • Analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation & Innovation
  • Communication with clients in order to determine their needs in detail
  • Share knowledge within the team
