Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • + 7 years of experience working in the legal department of an international company and /or law firm/in-house/ providing legal advice to international clients;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT, IP and AI law, ideally combining legal proficiency with experience in information technology, AI and IP;
  • Solid knowledge on related regulatory environment, including in particular, without limitation AI regulation;
  • Proficiency in legal and regulatory advisory and monitoring, compliance, risk and data management as well as legal advice;
  • Previous experience in support of enterprises in their digital transformation and/or business strategy projects is a plus;
  • Being a qualified lawyer is a plus;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • A good understanding of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal team/GC;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organizational structure in multi-national and multi-cultural corporations;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Result driven and oriented person with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within performance standards;
  • Willing to embrace new challenges and is a team player.

Your future role

The successful candidate will be implicated in the internal project concerning AI digital transformation and her/his activities will range from mapping of current state of affairs, cooperation with the internal stakeholders from various departments participating in this firm project, advisory on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the project, coordination of the rules, policies and requirements being introduced in the company in the context of AI digital transformation.

You will be expected to:

  • Advise on regulatory requirements and changes thereof, find innovative solutions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear and commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of contractual, corporate and commercial matters and solutions to various legal queries
  • Assisting internal stakeholders in understanding legal and regulatory risks and mitigating those risks;
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and key performance indicators.
